How long is a voucher valid?
Vouchers are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase and can be used by the person named on the voucher. We're unable to extend expiry dates or exchange vouchers for cash.
How do they book?
They can book online and enter the voucher code, or call us on 06 758 1636. Couples treatments need two therapists, so those are booked by phone.
What can a voucher be used on?
Any full-priced treatment or spa package. Vouchers can't be used on specials, promotions, skincare products or to buy another gift voucher.
Can I buy a voucher in the spa?
Yes. You can also pick one up at reception at 39 Powderham Street, New Plymouth.
What if the voucher gets lost?
No problem. Give us a call and we'll resend it.
