Choosing a treatment
What's the best facial in New Plymouth for my skin?
The best facial is the one that suits your skin on the day, so all our facials are tailored to you. Our Zen Time Facial is all about relaxation and a healthy glow. Choose Dermaplaning for smoother skin and fine facial hair, or the HydroFacial for congested, dull or dehydrated skin. For scarring, fine lines and large pores, microneedling builds results over a course. Each facial also comes as a longer Ritual with a peel, scalp and décolletage massage and Celluma LED.

How much do facials and massages cost?
Our Zen Time, Dermaplaning and HydroFacial facials are $130 (45 minutes), or $160 as a 1 hour 15 minute Ritual. Microneedling starts from $199. Massages start at $89 for a 45-minute back, neck and shoulder massage, with a 50-minute full body relaxation massage at $120 and a full body massage with foot and scalp ritual at $180. Spa packages run from $220 to $390.

What should I expect on my first visit?
Please arrive five minutes before your appointment so you can settle in. Your therapist will talk with you about your skin, health and what you'd like from your treatment, then tailor it to you. Free customer parking is available behind our building at 39 Powderham Street. Afterwards we'll share simple aftercare and product tips so your results last.
Do you offer couples massage?
Yes. Couples treatments are enjoyed side by side in our dual room, from a 30-minute back, neck and shoulder massage ($160 for two) to our Couples Blissful Retreat ($600 for two). As they need two therapists, please call us on 06 758 1636 to book.
Opening hours
Are you open late?
Yes. We're open until 7pm Tuesday to Friday (10am–7pm), so it's easy to fit in a treatment after work.
Are you open on Saturdays?
Yes, we're open Saturdays from 10am to 4pm.
Can I book on a Monday?
Mondays are by appointment. Give us a call on 06 758 1636 and we'll do our best to fit you in.
Are you open on Sundays?
No, we're closed on Sundays.
Booking and cancellations
How do I book?
You can book online through Timely any time, day or night, or call us on 06 758 1636.
What is your cancellation policy?
Please give us at least 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule by calling 06 758 1636. Cancelling with less notice, or not attending, incurs a 50% cancellation fee. Spa parties and group bookings need a 50% deposit when you book, and at least one week's notice to cancel or reschedule. See our refund policy for full details.
Gift vouchers
How do your gift vouchers work?
Choose an amount, or a treatment or spa package you know they'll love, add a personal message and pay securely online. The voucher is emailed within minutes, ready to print, forward or tuck inside a card, and they can book online with their voucher code or give us a call. Vouchers are valid for 3 years.
