Booking+
You can book online any time or call us on 06 758 1636. Couples treatments need two therapists, so please book those by phone.
Payment+
We accept Afterpay, so you can spread the cost of your treatment over four interest-free payments, and we welcome Bartercard.
Before you arrive+
Please arrive five minutes before your appointment. If you're running late we'll do our best, but we may need to shorten your treatment so the next client isn't kept waiting.
Your health+
Please let us know when you book about any health conditions, allergies or injuries, as they may change your treatment options. If you're pregnant, breastfeeding or having fertility treatment, tell us too. We have treatments designed especially for you.
Cancellations+
Please give us at least 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancelling with less notice, or not attending, incurs a 50% cancellation fee.
Group bookings+
Spa parties and group pampers need a 50% deposit when you book, and at least one week's notice to cancel or reschedule. Book well ahead, as we need several therapists at once.
Skin consultations+
Consultations are $40 and the full amount is redeemable on any treatment or skincare product.
Treatment courses+
Courses are paid in full when you book, are non-refundable and non-transferable, and must be used within their expiry window. A late cancellation or no-show counts as a session used.
Gift vouchers+
Vouchers are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase and can't be extended or exchanged for cash once expired. They're non-transferable, can only be used by the person named, and are for full-priced treatments only, not promotions or products.
Gel removal+
Removing old gel isn't included in our manicures and pedicures. Please add a gel soak-off when you book so we have time to do it safely.
No children+
To keep the spa safe and tranquil, we have a no-children policy.
Your privacy+
We only collect the details we need to book and care for you, keep them secure, and never sell or share them for marketing. You can ask to see or correct your information at any time, in line with the Privacy Act 2020.
