TREATMENT NEEDS
Please kindly advise us when making your appointment if you have any health conditions, allergies or injuries as this could affect your choice of treatment.
Please advise us if there is a possibility you may be pregnant or if you are undergoing any fertility treatment. We have a specially designed treatment for expectant women or nursing mothers.
GROUP BOOKINGS
A 50% deposit is taken at the time of booking to secure your Spa Party or group pamper. We recommend booking well in advance for group pampers as several therapists are required at the same time.
CANCELLATION
We understand that unexpected situations may arise, and we strive to accommodate any changes to your appointment. However, we kindly request that you give us 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. If you cancel within 48 hours of your appointment or fail to attend a booked appointment, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee of 50% of the treatment cost. providing sufficient notice, we may have an easier time filling the vacant time slot. To ensure a smooth and timely appointment, we ask that you arrive five minutes before your scheduled time. This will give us ample time to start your treatment and allow you to complete any necessary paperwork. Please be aware that we have a no-children policy in place to ensure a safe and serene environment for all of our clients. We appreciate your cooperation and eagerly anticipate your visit. GIFT VOUCHERS
Mention your gift voucher when booking your appointment. Vouchers must be presented on arrival for your appointment. Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of issue. There are no extensions for expired gift vouchers.
Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash. Vouchers are non-transferable and must be redeemed by the person named on the voucher. Vouchers may be redeemed on full-priced treatments only and cannot be redeemed for promotions or products.
